Spokane Mercury Cross Country new in Fall 2008!
SYSA
Cross Country Sep 8 - Oct 18 2008. Structured for children with little or no
Cross Country experience, focusing
on fun‚ safety‚ teamwork, and increasing aerobic fitness levels.
To help ensure our goals‚ all volunteer coaches are required to
attend the SYSA coaches' clinic in August.
Primary - Grades 1-2 Intermediate - Grades
3-4
Advanced - Grades 5-6 |

Volunteer Coaches receive rosters and instruction for coaching at the
coaches’ meetings:
