NEWS

On July 15, 2010 SYSA officially named the path around Andrew Rypien Field the "Poydras Path", in honor of the Poydras Family. The family became very talented athletes, who grew up in the area when the field was still a 'junk-yard'. They recognize that sports are not only an essential part of their lives but also for the community.
