Peak 7 Winter Adventure Camps

SYSA has partnered with Peak 7 Adventures to bring joy this winter season! For the first time, we will be offering full day adventure snowshoe camps at Mt. Spokane! Each camp will be a full day adventure where hikers will be guided through the basics of the sport and enjoy the day in the great outdoors. Take advantage of the beautiful Spokane winter season and learn some great new skills along the way!

Snowshoeing

All Campers will meet at: Yokes at 14202 N Market St, Mead, WA 99021 Google Map Location

Campers will be bussed to the day trip which will be located on Mt. Spokane.

Campers will need to be at Yokes for drop off at 8:45am for a 9:00am departure. Campers will return to Yokes for pickup at 3:30pm.

Ages: 8-18

Fee: $85 **A non-refundable 3% banking fee and a $1 service fee will be added at the time of check out.****limited participants, registration will close when full

Peak 7 requires completion of their WINTER ACTIVITY WAIVER (Different than the Summer Waiver). After registration, please complete the waiver before your trip date.

Peak 7 Summer Adventure Camps

SYSA has partnered with Peak 7 Adventures to bring fun at both land and sea! For the first time, we will be offering half day adventure camps in both rock climbing and paddling boarding! Each camp will be a half day adventure where climbers or paddle boarders will be guided through the basics of the sport and enjoy the day in the great outdoors. Take advantage of the beautiful Spokane summer weather and learn some great new skills along the way!

Rock Climbing

Ages: 8-14

Fee: $70 **A non-refundable 3% banking fee and a $1 service fee will be added at the time of check out.**

These events have limited spaces and are filled at a first come-first serve basis.

Campers will need to bring: athletic clothing or clothes easy to move in, sunscreen, water bottle, hat (optional), snacks and/or lunch.

Peak 7 Adventures is a full service outfitter, and will provide all of the necessary gear for this trip. This includes helmets, harnesses, climbing shoes, and all ropes/carabiners/belay devices etc.

Peak 7 requires completion of their ACTIVITY WAIVER . After registration, please complete the waiver before your trip date.

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Explore the Spokane region’s best flat water from a stand up paddle board! These half day adventures make the most of your time by keeping you close to home, while enjoying a fantastic river experience in downtown Spokane.

All Camps are located at: Boulder Beach (6707 E Upriver Dr Spokane, WA 99217) Google Map Location

Ages: 8-14

PLEASE NOTE: PARTICIPANT MUST WEIGH AT LEAST 50 POUNDS TO BE ABLE TO FIT THE LIFE JACKET. Those unable to fit the lifejacket may not be able to participate. No refunds will be given, for removal from the program because of not being able to fit the lifejacket.

Campers will need to bring: swimsuit or clothing that can get wet, a towel, sunscreen, water bottle, snacks and/or lunch.
